Ashtavinayak Construction, located on Rohta-Gwalior Road, Agra, is currently looking for dedicated and skilled Female Real Estate Salesperson to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The Sales tele-caller shall be responsible to handle the leads & doing calling
- Handle client inquiries and effectively manage incoming calls related to real estate sales.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
- Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a positive experience for both the buyer and the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
- Hard-working individual.

**Experience**:
Total Work: 2 Year (preferred)

Real Estate Sales: 2 Year (preferred)

Office - Rohta, Gwalior Rd, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282009

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
