We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our school as a Personal Assistant and Front Office Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules and appointments, communicating on behalf of our school, handling administrative tasks, and greeting visitors.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Managing schedules and appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, events, and appointments for our trustees, and ensuring they are aware of their upcoming commitments.
3. Handling administrative tasks: You will be responsible for managing files, organizing documents, and maintaining records
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
