**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- **5-9 years** of experience in Oracle database administration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN).
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and Oracle Cloud Control.
- Strong understanding of database security, including user access control and data encryption.
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Oracle certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and Oracle Certified Master (OCM) are a plus.
