- Grabing sales and jobs from different freelancing portals
- **Bid Strategy Development**: Formulating strategies to enhance the chances of winning bids, including understanding client requirements and developing a competitive approach.
- **Bid Management**: Coordinating the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities and managing timelines to preparing and submitting bids.
- **Proposal Writing**: Leading or assisting in the creation of compelling proposals and tender documents that meet client specifications and highlight the company's strengths.
- **Team Coordination**: Working with various departments (e.g., finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary information and ensure all aspects of the bid are covered.
- **Client Interaction**: Engaging with clients to clarify requirements, address queries, and build relationships that may influence the bidding process.
- **Market Analysis**: Conducting research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to inform bidding strategies.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**: Ensuring that bids comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal procedures, and maintaining high-quality standards in bid submissions.
- **Bid Review and Improvement**: Analyzing feedback from unsuccessful bids to improve future submissions and implement best practices.
