**Purpose of the Role**:
**Role Description**:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process.
