**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers to develop a comprehensive and engaging pre-primary curriculum that aligns with CBSE standards and promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of young children.
- Teacher Training and Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to pre-primary teachers to enhance their teaching skills, classroom management techniques, and understanding of child development principles.
- Classroom Observation and Feedback: Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and learning outcomes. Provide constructive feedback and support to teachers to improve instructional practices and student learning experiences.
- Parent Communication: Establish effective communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress, development, and school activities. Address parental concerns, queries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Student Assessment: Design and implement developmentally appropriate assessment strategies to evaluate student progress, identify learning needs, and inform instructional planning. Ensure that assessment practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Resource Management: Manage resources, materials, and facilities allocated for the pre-primary program efficiently. Identify and procure age-appropriate teaching aids, educational materials, and learning resources to support effective teaching and learning experiences.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work collaboratively with school leadership, faculty members, and staff to promote a positive school culture, implement school-wide initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's educational programs and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
- Proven experience in a coordinatorship or leadership role within an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum standards, pedagogical approaches, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹52,000.00 per month
