Client Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or department
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
- Adhere to the quality standards and policies of the company and the client
- Work in shifts to cover the Australian business hours and holidays

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
- Should have 0-6 months of experience in Client Support
- Should be comfortable working in Australian Shift which will be 5am to 1pm
- Should have experience in inbound and outbound calling
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in an international BPO or KPO
- Knowledge of Australian culture, geography, and business etiquette
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting tools
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
