Sales Coordinator

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager/ Zonal Manager / Regional Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, customer service, and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms where necessary.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain and update customer databases with current information.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments and orders.
- Order Processing:

- Process orders from customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers about their order status and resolve any issues.
- Sales Reporting:

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Track sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage and organize sales documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the sales team as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

**- Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Attributes:

- Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.

**Working Conditions**
- Standard office environment with occasional travel required.
- Full-time position with standard office hours; some overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
