**Business Development Executive**

**(Min 1 Year Experience)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Present software solutions to clients, demonstrating how they can address their specific business challenges and deliver value.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of each prospect or client.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products and services and expand the company's network.
- Mentor and support junior members of the sales team, providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences, and incorporate this feedback into future sales strategies and product development efforts.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient in MS Office programs;
- Prefer at least 1 year of related work experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;
- Critical thinker with the ability to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don’t go your way;
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence and persuade others internally and externally;
- Strong communication skills over the phone;
- Established LinkedIn Profile;
- 1 years of professional writing experience;
- Previous sales experience preferred;
- Prior sales, marketing, or recruiting experience a plus;
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment;
- Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision;
- Coachable and eager to learn;
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills;
- Strong business acumen & writing skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
