Working as a sourcing representative involves acting as an intermediary between buyers and suppliers, facilitating the procurement process. Here's what it typically entails:

- **Market Research**: Conducting thorough research to identify potential suppliers that meet the requirements of the buyer in terms of quality, price, and quantity.
- **Supplier Communication**: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers. This involves negotiating contracts, discussing terms, and ensuring clear communication regarding specifications and expectations.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating favorable terms with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms for the buyer.
- **Quality Control**: Overseeing the quality of products sourced from suppliers to ensure they meet the buyer's standards. This may involve inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinating the logistics of product delivery, including shipping, customs clearance, and transportation, to ensure timely delivery to the buyer.
- **Documentation**: Managing all necessary documentation related to sourcing activities, including contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and compliance paperwork.
- **Problem Resolution**: Addressing any issues or disputes that may arise during the sourcing process, such as delays, quality issues, or discrepancies in orders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously seeking opportunities to improve sourcing processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
