**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies,
managing petty cash, maintaining records, and managing the reception area
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, managing deliveries, and
ensuring timely payments
Manage facility operations, including maintenance of the office space, ensuring safety
and security of the premises, and managing the office equipment
Manage security operations, including access control, visitor management, and
emergency response procedures
Coordinate travel bookings and arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel
reservations, and transportation arrangements
Plan and organize offsite events and AGMs, including venue selection, catering, and
logistics
Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor actual spend against budgets, and report on
variances
Manage monthly expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures
Manage a team of administrative staff, including setting goals and objectives, monitoring
performance, and providing coaching and feedback
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in vendor management, facility management, security management, travel
booking and arrangements, and budget planning
Experience in team handling
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
