Looking after the functioning of all electrical equipment and gadgets of society.
- Daily monitoring of DG function and to maintain the logbook of DG sets including fire DG.
- To attain common area electrical services on priority basis.
- To attend individual flat’s, complaints for existing installations only
- Work as per the instruction of the supervisor or as per the direction of the association or its officer
- Safekeeping of society’s tools issued for varies works after day’s work
- Routine checkup of streetlights and its layout within KV-II campus.
- Periodic earthing check of electrical equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid break down of electrical installations.
- Read blueprints or technical diagrams
- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical components, such as Motor, Pump, panel, circuit breakers etc.
- Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices / tools
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring etc.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
- Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
