Job Description for IT Trainer for PMKVY

Position: IT Trainer

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver high-quality training sessions on various IT topics to students enrolled in the PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana).

Design and develop training modules, lesson plans, and teaching materials tailored to the needs of the PMKVY curriculum and the target audience.

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' understanding of IT concepts and monitor their progress throughout the training program.

Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their learning needs and challenges effectively.

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the IT industry to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training content.

Collaborate with other trainers, project coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation and achievement of training objectives.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and student performance for reporting purposes.

Participate in training workshops, meetings, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum 1 of experience working in the IT industry, with expertise in areas such as programming, networking, cybersecurity, database management, etc.

Proven experience in delivering training or teaching in a classroom or workshop setting, preferably in a vocational or skill development context.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in using IT tools, software, and platforms for teaching and training purposes.

Certification or training in teaching methodologies, instructional design, or related areas is an advantage.

Passion for education, skills development, and empowering individuals to succeed in the IT industry.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
