Job Description:
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating on-site activities to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:Oversee and coordinate daily on-site activities.
Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manage and supervise the on-site workforce, including subcontractors and laborers.
Monitor the use of equipment, materials, and resources to maximize efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct safety meetings and inspections to address potential hazards.
Quality Control:Maintain quality standards by inspecting workmanship and materials.
Address any issues or defects promptly to ensure project quality.
Implement quality assurance procedures.
Communication:Serve as the main point of contact between the on-site team and project managers.
Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
Document daily activities, issues, and solutions.
Problem Solving:Identify and address any on-site challenges or obstacles.
Collaborate with project managers to develop solutions and make decisions.
Take initiative to resolve issues and prevent delays.
Resource Management:Manage on-site resources effectively, including equipment and materials.
Coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory control.
Optimize resource allocation to minimize waste and expenses.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of construction software and tools is a plus.
- OSHA certification or relevant safety training is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus).
**Salary**: ₹8,813.86 - ₹18,000.00 per month
