**The Opportunity**:
Illumine works on large-scale knowledge interventions that _enable human change at scale._
These initiatives aim to embed new vision or ideals, bring about changes in thinking / mindsets that stop individuals & collectives from awakening their latent potential and achieving their own desired outcomes; empower communities to build capacity to respond and design solutions to the challenges they are facing, etc.
To make these interventions happen, Illumine has built change technologies, that help institutions and collectives to make these transformations happen at speed and scale, which has now been deployed across the largest businesses, government & educational institutions in India impacting more than 4 million people.
A critical building block of the change technology is our community of change catalysts / facilitators, who partner with us on various change programs that Illumine is working on.
As part of the **Facilitator Development Team**, you play a critical role of rapidly building facilitators at scale.
**The R**ole**:
Your primary responsibility is **product development and services design** for building the capacity of facilitators who could be government employees, salespeople, policeperson, professors & teachers, etc. for different interventions.
The role includes Building video products, audio products, presentations, etc.
Designing facilitator development services e.g., programs, quality management tools.
Improving the different products and services continuously.
Identifying the development needs of facilitators based on analytics, feedback, and on-ground data.
**People who succeed** in this role**:
Architects who are interested in the field of learning and development
Facilitators who have built products (video, audio, print products)
4-5 years of work experience significantly helps this role
**Must-have**:
Ability to build products (Video, audio, print products).
Ability to generate insights from data.
Ability to work with various internal & external partners to deliver products.
Single-minded focus on getting things done within timelines.
Strong academic record.
