**Role Overview**: ZocoNut is looking for a dedicated female Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in engaging potential customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, understanding client needs, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. This position offers hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management within the booming healthcare technology industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase ZocoNut’s solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Nurture marketing-qualified leads with high-quality follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and determination to succeed.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in New Delhi.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and CRM software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
