**Job Title**: Principal - Nursing College (MR Institute of Higher Education)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the college’s academic policies, curriculum, and programs in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., INC and State Nursing Council).
- Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
- Promote research and professional development activities among faculty and students.

**Administrative Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the college, including infrastructure management and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with governing bodies, accreditation agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and governmental regulations.

**Examination and Evaluation**:

- Plan and supervise the smooth conduct of examinations, both internal and external.
- Manage the evaluation process, result declaration, and records maintenance.
- Ensure fairness and transparency in assessment procedures.

**Faculty and Staff Supervision**:

- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.
- Organize regular training and workshops for faculty skill enhancement.

**Student Affairs**:

- Address student grievances and promote a supportive learning environment.
- Guide students in academic and professional growth through counseling and mentoring.

**Financial and Resource Management**:

- Prepare budgets and oversee financial planning for the institution.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources for academic and administrative activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing or Ph.D. in Nursing).
- At least 10 years of teaching experience, with 5 years in an administrative role (e.g., HOD, Vice-Principal).
- Proven expertise in examination administration and academic coordination.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing education.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and administrative tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience as a Principal in a recognized Nursing College.
- Familiarity with modern nursing education practices and innovations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
