**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Should have experience on handling Vehicle assy/BIW/Paint
- Familiarity with MPPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA & SPC.
- Should have experience with Overall Process audit, Product audit, Layer audit in plant.
- Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant.
- Ensure in-process quality assurance checks as per the procedure laid down in respective SOPs, Process sheets
- Daily internal rejection monitoring & initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Adhere to laid down QMS, its effective implementation and facilitate continuous improvement in all manufacturing area activities, and effective resolution of routine quality issues.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
- Should have Knowledge in SPC & Structured problem-solving methodologies - 8D, QC story, read & understand engineering drawings & rejection analysis

Good communication skill across all stake holders.
