**Job Description**:
As a QA/QC NDT Teacher at Learnwise, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to aspiring professionals in the field of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Non-Destructive Testing. Your expertise, practical insights, and dedication will empower students to excel in their careers and make a positive impact on industries that prioritize safety, quality, and precision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, lectures, and hands-on training sessions in QA, QC, and NDT principles.
- Instruct students on the theoretical foundations, practical techniques, and best practices in the field.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to a diverse group of students.
- Utilize industry-standard equipment, tools, and software to provide practical training sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and practical assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their skill development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in QA, QC, and NDT.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update course content as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Address student questions, concerns, and challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications in QA, QC, NDT methods (e.g., ASNT, AWS, ISO) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in QA, QC, and NDT practices preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students to succeed in their educational and professional journeys.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
