Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, manage spreadsheets, and maintain accurate records.
- Generate and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of back-office tasks and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and managing inventory, financial reports, and customer data.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( excel, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
