**MIS EXECUTIVE**

**Location - Malad, Mumbai**

Job Overview: The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's documents, records, and information systems. They play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of critical data and documentation related to the company's operations, projects, and compliance requirements. The role also involves generating, analyzing, and presenting management information reports to support decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Document Management**:

- Develop and implement document control procedures, including the filing, tracking, and archiving of documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and departments.
- Maintain the document database and organize files in a structured manner for easy retrieval.

**Records Management**:

- Manage physical and electronic records, including technical data, project documentation, vendor records, and other essential documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of sensitive information.

**MIS Reporting**:

- Generate and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Analyze data and prepare insightful reports to support business decision-making at various levels.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement from MIS reports.

**Data Analysis**:

- Gather, collate, and analyze data from various sources to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Work with different teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO and other relevant quality standards.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to document control and MIS reporting.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance document control efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in document management and MIS reporting.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Information Management, Business Administration, or Chemical Engineering).
- Proven experience in document control, records management, or MIS reporting, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Familiarity with chemical industry terminologies and processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in using document management systems and software tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of ISO standards and quality management principles.
- Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools is an advantage.

**Company Profile**:
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
