We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to join our team. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and optimizing customer experiences.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Implement and manage CRM software systems to track customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
2. Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
3. Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
4. Create and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance customer experiences.
6. Generate reports and dashboards to monitor CRM performance and effectiveness.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
