Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Electrical Panel Board Engineer/Trainee. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in the electrical industry. As an Electrical Panel Board Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process of electrical panel boards, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the operation of machinery and equipment for the assembly of electrical panel boards according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for panel board assembly, including proper handling of components and materials.
- Work under the guidance of experienced operators to understand the manufacturing process and quality requirements.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
- Support the setup and adjustment of machinery settings as directed by supervisors or senior operators.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance knowledge and proficiency in panel board assembly processes.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or coursework in electrical engineering or related fields is a plus.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and components.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in panel board assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the success of the team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
