Housekeeping Room Attendant

Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms

Makes bed.

Dusts the room and furniture.

Checks and secures the rooms.

Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards

Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.

Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines

Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks

Dispose of waste accordingly

Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner

Carry out lost property procedures

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.

Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.

Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately

Be aware of the need for strict security regarding the guests and their property, reporting to the floor supervisor any suspicious incidents.

Be alert to the procedure and precautions regarding fire, health and safety.

Attend training sessions when required.

Clean and care for your vacuum cleaner.

To perform any other duty assigned by your floor supervisor, senior housekeeper, or Executive Housekeeper.

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.

Ensure personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Speak with others using clear and professional language.

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

- Siliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
