Position: Purchase Assistant

Education: Graduation

Key Points:

- Understanding the requirements well from the departments.
- Proper evaluation of the product to be purchased and check alternate product available.
- Negotiations with vendor and suppliers on quotations received.
- Should have excellent technical knowledge of various machineries, equipments, structure, fabrication work, instrumentation, electrical, Civil Projects, etc.
- Should have excellent knowledge of all applicable taxes, permits, rule and regulations with regard to purchases.
- Create vendor list for major items which are purchased regularly.
- Keep a constant check on stock levels.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Monitoring the quality of products/ service provided;
- Process payments and invoices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,183.30 - ₹23,000.87 per month
