Blow Mold Technician

A Blow Mold Operator operates and maintains blow moulding machines to produce plastic containers and other items. This job requires an understanding of the blow molding process and the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and repair the machines when necessary. The operator must also ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that quality standards are met.

Blow Mold Operator Duties
- Operate and monitor blow molding machinery
- Set up molds, adjust machine settings and perform tests to ensure that machines are working correctly.
- Load and unload pre-heated plastic materials into the machine
- Inspect and pack finished products
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Keep accurate records of production

Blow Mold Operator Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and specifications
- Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring instruments
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Blow Mold Operator Skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use blow moulding machines and associated equipment
- Knowledge of blow molding processes and techniques
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹15,131.42 - ₹40,015.58 per month
