**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Your role involves working on a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, branding materials, digital assets, and product packaging. Your duties include:

- **Design Conceptualization**: Conceptualize and develop creative graphic design concepts based on project requirements, client briefs, and brand guidelines. Translate abstract ideas into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- **Graphic Design Creation**: Create visual assets such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and other graphic elements using design software tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Ensure high-quality output and adherence to design standards and specifications.
- **Brand Identity Development**: Develop and maintain brand identities, visual identities, and style guides for clients and projects. Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design materials and touchpoints, including print, digital, and environmental graphics.
- **Marketing Collateral Design**: Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives. Tailor designs to target audience demographics, brand messaging, and campaign objectives.
- **Packaging Design**: Design product packaging, labels, and packaging prototypes that reflect brand identity, product features, and consumer preferences. Consider factors such as packaging functionality, shelf appeal, and production requirements in the design process.
- **Print Production Management**: Prepare print-ready files, specifications, and production guidelines for print vendors and suppliers. Collaborate with printers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure accurate color reproduction, print quality, and timely delivery of printed materials.
- **Typography and Layout Design**: Select appropriate typefaces, fonts, and typography treatments to enhance readability, hierarchy, and visual appeal in design compositions. Create balanced layouts, grids, and compositions that guide the viewer's eye and convey information effectively.
- **Image Editing and Manipulation**: Edit and retouch images, photographs, and visual assets to enhance their quality, composition, and aesthetic appeal. Use image editing software tools to adjust colors, contrast, brightness, and other visual elements as needed.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback, revisions, and suggestions from clients, stakeholders, and team members into design iterations. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address their needs and preferences while maintaining design integrity and creativity.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation teams, to align graphic design efforts with broader project objectives and timelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and project meetings to contribute ideas and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Additional certifications or coursework in graphic design software and techniques are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles across various media and platforms.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in design execution and conceptualization. Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives and project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas, articulate design concepts, and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of print production processes, prepress requirements, and file preparation for print. Familiarity with web design principles, responsive design, and digital media formats is a plus.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and design trends. Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in graphic design practice.
- Portfolio Submission: A portfolio of relevant design work demonstrating your skills, creativity, and experience is required for consideration. The portfolio should showcase a diverse range of projects, styles, and techniques that highlight your design expertise and aesthetic sensibility.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
