Ltd. has tied up with multiple RBI-registered NBFCs to provide loans to its customers. Si Creva Capital Services Pvt. Ltd is an RBI-registered NBFC engaged in the business of financing consumer loans for the purchase of goods & services from various channels as well as direct personal loans to consumers.

**Scope**
**of**
**the**
**role**:

- You will work with data to understand patterns and anti-patterns to determine risk activity ranging from fraud, AML, identity theft, KYC, and non-compliant activity per RBI, and company policies.
- You are responsible for defining, developing, and communicating key metrics that need to be monitored, to infer risky activity with respect to businesses, categories, products, merchants etc.
- You model data and quantitatively analyze that translates data into actionable insights and can contribute to decision-making with your stakeholders, keeping company principles and customer interest as sacrosanct.
- Analyze data to recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends.
- Provide support to cross-functional teams in their ad-hoc risk analytics requests.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations & Business teams to develop fraud risk solution

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build data-driven strategies to manage credit risk at acquisitions as well as customer management.
- Optimize pricing, underwriting, and line assignment through the customer life cycle to maximize customer experience and business value.
- Draw actionable insights from complex data.
- Build a robust framework to monitor the performance of implemented strategies and the portfolio.
- Ability to handle complex data and create meaningful dashboards using visualization tools.

**Must-Haves**:

- 2 to 4 years of data-driven decision strategy and decision-making experience preferably in the Consumer Durable Loan / Credit Cards or

**BNPL Sector:

- **
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize actionable insights and strategies from complex data.
- Prior data science and analytics experience.
- Background in credit risk strategy.
- Strong technical skills (SQL/Python/R).
- Experience in visualization tools like Tableau/Holistics/Power BI.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
