Since 2015 Smotect has taken numerous clinical trials and extensive research and helped kick the smoking habit with 20,000+ success stories.
Smotect have created & patented the world's first scientific & holistic health program to aid smokers quit tobacco addiction. We are seeking a talented Communication Strategist who possesses expertise in developing effective communication strategies.

Job Summary:
As a Communication Strategist at Smotect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey our brand message, engage our target audience, and drive awareness and adoption of our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, design, and public relations, to develop cohesive and compelling communication campaigns across various channels. Your strategic thinking, creative approach, and strong analytical skills will be essential in crafting impactful messaging and optimising communication efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop Communication Strategy**:

- Conduct market research and audience analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Define communication objectives and KPIs aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify key messages, brand positioning, and tone of voice to effectively communicate Smotect's value proposition.

**2. Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with the communication strategy.
- Monitor industry trends, research, and competitor activities to inform content development and stay up-to-date with best practices.

**3. Channel Management andOptimization**:

- Identify the most effective communication channels and mediums to reach and engage the target audience.
- Develop channel-specific strategies and tactics to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize communication efforts based on data-driven insights and feedback.

**4. Collaboration andCoordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and customer support, to align communication strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute communication campaigns effectively.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication touchpoints.

**5. Brand Reputation andCrisis Management**:

- Develop crisis communication strategies to effectively handle potential reputation issues and manage crises.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement proactive measures to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Communication Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies across various channels.
- Knowledge of tobacco industry trends, smoking cessation, and public health is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to tobacco and health communication is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
