**Job Title: Computer Operator with Effluent English**

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch orders on all portals and our own website, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Respond to all customer queries and resolve any issues with courier partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee B2C operations, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper handling, packing, and dispatching of orders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience as a B2C Computer Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using computers and knowledge of websites related to B2C operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
