**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Financial Transactions**: Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc., using Tally software.
- **Maintain Ledgers**: Update and maintain ledgers, and reconcile discrepancies in accounts.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of stock and inventory records, including purchase orders and stock movement.
- **Generate Reports**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments, and follow up with customers or vendors when needed.
- **Data Entry & Backup**: Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper backups of financial data.
- **Financial Audits**: Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and reports as required by auditors.
- **Assist Management**: Provide necessary financial information and reports to management for decision-making.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP**: Must have hands-on experience in Excel.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,305.91 - ₹20,140.45 per month
