**Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural and building materials sector. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. Understand their requirements, provide product recommendations, and offer solutions that align with their project objectives.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products and services to differentiate us from competitors.
- **Quotation and Proposal Generation**: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries. Coordinate with the internal quotation team and engineering department to ensure timely delivery of pricing information and technical specifications.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Work closely with the sales management team to optimize deal structures and maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and track all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system. Monitor progress towards sales targets, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive steps to address them.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies related to architectural and building materials. Leverage market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on sales objectives and customer requirements. Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
