**JD - CHIEF COUNSELOR**
- **Psychosocial Support**: School counselors provide emotional and psychological support to students. They address issues related to mental health, emotional well-being, and social development.
- **Academic Guidance**: They assist students in making informed decisions about their academic paths. This includes helping students choose appropriate courses, set educational goals, and explore career options.
- **Conflict Resolution**: School counselors mediate conflicts between students, teachers, and other stakeholders within the school community. They promote healthy communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Individual Counseling**: They offer one-on-one counseling sessions to students dealing with personal challenges, stress, anxiety, or other emotional issues.
- **Group Counseling**: School counselors organize group sessions on topics such as study skills, stress management, peer relationships, and self-esteem.
- **Consultation**: They collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs. This involves discussing strategies for improving student performance and behavior.

**IMP : Design, Develop and implement and evaluate counseling tools for teachers and students**

Female Only

Experience : 15-25 Years in Counseling.

Student counseling will be an added advantage.

Qualification : MSc Phycology

Salary : 120000-150000 plus Food & Accommodation

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
