An Accounts Assistant supports the Accountant in completing basic bookkeeping, clerical and accounting tasks for a company.

**Role & responsibilities**

Maintain files and electronic records

Outdoor Activities (Bank, Market for Purchases, Billing, CA office and any other office-related Activities).

Printing all types of vouchers from Tally

Computer Activities (Data Entry, Scanning, Printing, Etc.)

Helping the associate, staff, or other management staff in doing their responsibilities.

Knowledge of office and management techniques.

Knowledge of Basic Excel, Tally, Computer and Typing.

Update and maintain the accounts database

Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed

Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

**Skills and Specifications**
- Should be sincere and trustworthy.
- Ability to Develop New Skills.

Minimum Experience 2 Years

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
