We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all our interactions. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Tele-Counsellor to join our dynamic team.

As a Tele-Counsellor in our real estate division, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to potential and current clients via phone and other communication platforms. Your role will be crucial in guiding clients through the property buying, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their real estate needs.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and preferences to offer suitable property recommendations.
- Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, including documentation and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate counselling, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Graduate.
- Experience in tele-counselling or remote sales.

How to Apply:
