**Job Overview**:
As the Senior Facilities Coordinator at Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our company's facilities. With a focus on the hospitality industry, you will leverage your experience to create an environment that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Qualifications: -**
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, hospitality management, engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Facility Maintenance and Operations**:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing functionality of building systems, equipment, and amenities.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and vendor management, to uphold quality standards and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
**Customer Service and Satisfaction**:
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues effectively to enhance the overall experience.
**Budgeting and Cost Management**:
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits and aligned with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality standards.
**Health, Safety, and Compliance**:
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, tenants, and visitors.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
**You will be doing**:
- Each morning, conduct a walk-through inspection of the co-working space to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, vendor visits, and member events as needed.
- Regularly review and update health and safety protocols in accordance with local regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with management and other staff members to plan and execute community
- building activities and events.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure that contractual obligations are met and issues are promptly addressed.
- Stay informed about new technologies and tools that may improve the co-working space experience for members, and implement as appropriate.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
