**Summary**
- Assess employees skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement.
- Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance training procedures and provide value to our employees.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and assign them to training sessions.
- Assist in managing and conducting training sessions of new joinees from different departments based upon the training schedule.
- Assist the training manager in creation and delivery of training sessions.
- Communicate with team members, HR department, trainers and management to ensure all trainee needs are met.
- Managing the training schedule and coordinating with the team.
- Maintaining the database of training modules.
- Welcoming the new trainees on the floor and coordinating with them until clearance of OJT.
- Analysing the assessments submitted by trainees.
- Keep a note of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Evaluating training programs to ensure they comply with legal requirements and industry standards.

**Requirement and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in business management, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interested to build a career in training, research and development or similar feild.
