**About TOLFA**

TOLFA is a registered Indian Charitable Trust based in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Our mission is to provide vital and preventative healthcare to India’s ownerless animals and those belonging to low-income owners, as well as educate communities in their welfare and value.
TOLFA is committed to humanely reducing the street dog population through sterilization and to eradicating rabies in our area through vaccination.
We operate a very busy animal hospital and shelter in Kharakheri Village (4km after Foy
Sagar) where daily we have over 600 animals in our care. We have a team of over 50 staff members including Doctors and LSAs to attend to the animals.

**The Role**:
The role of the Content Assistant in TOLFA is to collect photos, film roll and the stories of the animals involved in the photos/film and to administrate and collate that content for use by the Social Media team.

Reporting To: Top Management
Hours - Full Time
Monthly Salary - Rs12,000 - Rs14,000 depending on experience.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:
BA and 1+ years experience

5.Comfortable working inside and outside of our hospital.

8.Punctual about the work and consistent attendance.
9.Fluent in English (ideally written and spoken) as well as Hindi

**Job Description**:
Content Collection Assistant

**Duties of Content Collection Assistant**

1.To take good quality, meaningful photographs and film footage of TOLFAs work.

2.To go out with our rescue vehicles and collect footage of real time rescues.

3.To speak with (and where possible film) caregivers and those who have reported to the rescue to record the story of the animal being rescued.

4.To photographically record the ‘journey’ of animals from Rescue to Release to make meaningful stories to share on social media.

5.To be organised and collate all photos and film into a filing system on a laptop Including using a spreadsheet to track stories and ensure timely content collection.

6.To fulfil requests from the Social Media Manager or other TOLFA management regarding specific photos of footage that is required.

**Important points to note**:
You will be required to DAILY attend our hospital which is in Kharakkeri Village Near
Foy Sagar.

You will be required to use your own vehicle when out with the Rescue Team. Petrol costs will be reimbursed by TOLFA.

You **MUST **love animals as you will be working closely with them every day.
