**Job Title: Freelance Photographer**

**Location**: Remote / On-location (Varies by Assignment)

We are a dynamic and creative team seeking a talented and versatile freelance photographer to join our roster. This is a flexible, project-based position ideal for someone who thrives in various photographic styles and environments, from product photography and portraits to events and lifestyle shoots.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliverables.
- Capture professional-quality photographs in studio, on location, and at events.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure high visual standards and consistency with the project brief.
- Deliver final images in various formats (e.g., digital, print-ready) within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a library of all photos taken during each project.
- Assist with lighting, props, and other creative elements to enhance the quality of the shoot.
- Stay updated on the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Ensure all images meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and understanding of project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility in various photography styles (e.g., portraits, events, products, lifestyle).
- Proficient in using DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and post-production software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- A good eye for composition, lighting, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction as well as provide creative input.
- A flexible, adaptable attitude and willingness to take on diverse assignments.
- Own camera equipment, lighting, and other necessary tools (or be able to provide rental solutions as needed).
- Availability to travel for on-location shoots (if required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in specific niches (e.g., product photography, fashion, corporate, weddings, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with video production or video editing (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of the printing process and color management.
