**Experience**:

- 6 years in a sales role, preferably in the wedding/events industry.
- Minimum experience:

- 3-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Record of meeting and exceeding targets.

**Profile introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Wedding/Events Sales Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating magical moments for our clients. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure unforgettable weddings and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Understand and assess client requirements through effective communication and active listening.
- **Product Knowledge**: Thoroughly understand our wedding and events services, packages, and offerings to effectively showcase and sell to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to highlight the benefits of our services and how they align with clients' needs.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to enhance the company's reputation and drive business growth.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Work closely with clients to finalize contract details, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless booking process.
- **Event Coordination Collaboration**: Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution, maintaining consistent communication to meet and exceed client expectations.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
