**Assisting the SM / GM in day to day operations.** **Recruitment, training, grooming, mentoring & development of sales team.** **Responsible for MSIL scheme monitoring & achievement and NSC**.

As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include **shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience**.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
