We are looking for an **Associate into** **Patient Calling Process **for US Medical Billing**. **We need someonewho ishaving professional experience of 1+ years and willing to work atAhmedabad, Gujarat.

**Responsibilities**:
Receive Inbound calls and make outbound calls, listen patient’s concerns, issues & questions

Utilize Process SOP to solve patients issues and direct calls to the managerial team when necessary

Communicate with healthcare providers for any clarity/questions

Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints

Collect payment from patient, based on patient’s account balance

Co-ordinate with EV & Auth, AR, Appointment Team, Front Desk and Client based on the requirements

Input data into the EHR to keep each customer record updated

Make necessary changes in patient demographics after verifying with patient or as per request

Prepare/extract the statement/report from system and send to patient as per request and if not available them forward the request to the concerned team or supervisor for necessary actions

Extract billing query sheet for the additional information required from patient and take necessary actions.

Extract due balance Tracking Report from the system and take necessary actions

**What are we looking for?**

Understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle & medical terminology

Experience in Customer Service Field, Call Center, or Collections

Ability to follow instructions precisely.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Willingness to work during the night shifts

Able to do Multi-Task and work in a fast-paced, call center environment

Great Problem-solving aptitude
