Sales/student Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Conversion**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Convert leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
**Sales Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
**Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system.
**Office Administration**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and instructors to develop personalized learning plans for students.
- Organize and facilitate student events, workshops, and informational sessions.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, and other administrative tasks for company executives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
**Additional Skills**:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
