**Job Title : TM WCM**

**Reports to**: TL WCM

**Target Industry **:Automotive Industry / Continuous Process Industry

**Relevant Experience : 4 to 6 years of experience**

**Location : Sriperumbudur (Chennai)**

**Educational Qualification : Btech Regular -- no part time Btech or Diploma is required**

**Language : Tamil and English**

**Details : WCM workex (at least 2 years) is required if not WCM then at least TQM (Total Quality Management) and TPM (Total Production Management) experience required.**

**Yellow belt or Green Belt can help further. Would have worked on Kaizen projects and employee health safety.**

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Establish systems & standards - from Global Operational Excellence, Glass Business and Plant specific for WCM implementation
- Establish clear Roadmap for WCM progress and follow-up of actions
- Drive people involvement on Focused Improvement activities and Problem solving tools towards WCM initiatives
- Ensure communications are fully deployed and answers to questions/points of clarification are given on time, to deliver the required understanding and commitment to WCM.
- Develop technical training modules based on problem solving learnings.
- Ensure the reports are sent on time to central and delegation teams.
- Close Follow-up to achieve “on time in full” closure of identified Kaizens from single agenda.
- Facilitate loss identification, eradication and prevention cycle.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and regular audits. To ensure world Class Manufacturing operating standards are designed and implemented.
- Liaison and network with SG plants for best practices identification and implementation.

**CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **WCM Budget Preparation**:To prepare the annual budget for setting the WCM savings target using the Loss Identification Tools i.e. Cost Deployment or VSM.
- **WCM Pillar Activities**: Working of various Pillar committees within the overall framework of WCM and ensure Performance under each Pillar
- **WCM DCS/PCS Implementation**:To ensure world class manufacturing performance are sustained with the help of Line Board, Area Board and Sustainability board
- **WCM Audit Assessment: - **Close the gaps against the assessment checklist
