**Job Description - Associate Airframe Retrofit Solutions Engineer**

**Airbus Customer Service Engineering & Maintenance unit has the Retrofit Solutions organisation and its mission is to deliver and support value added Retrofit Solutions package to maintain continued aircraft airworthiness and improve Customers operations & profitability.**

**The job holder will be responsible for the definition and integration of retrofit design solutions for post aircraft delivery.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:Associate Retrofit solution engineer - Airframe
- **Analyse the impacted elements on the Aircraft due to the requested modification.**
- **Identify the Pre-condition / Post-condition on the Aircraft**
- **Assist the Airframe RSE on the technical scope of upgrade modification**
- **Provide engineering data and support to SB-Production, supply chain and other involved internal customers**
- **Assist technical part of projects**
- **Learn & Adhere to Airbus Process, Methods & Tools.**
- **Deliverables to ensure safety, quality & lead time.**

**For this position the following skills are requested**
- **Basic knowledge of Aircraft**
- **Knowledge of Aircraft Systems**
- **Knowledge on 3D engineering tools such as CATIA.**
- **Knowledge on reading Engineering Drawings.**
- **Proactive and good team player.**
- **Communication skills and assertiveness.**
- **English Advanced level is mandatory**
