Junior Graphic and UI Designer

**Job Details **:You will be responsible for the execution and working with numerous design platforms such as digital and print forms. Exhibits a detailed understanding of how interactive experiences should function, look, and feel and how to implement designs for digital experiences effectively and contribute to the creation, adoption, and improvement of Jhavtech Studio’s brand guidelines and their consistent deployment across various media

**Responsibilities include**:
Support the marketing team with the development of best-in-class artwork files for all sales and marketing collaterals, office branding, intranet, digital campaigns, events.

Support formatting of internal communications.

Take initial creative direction and ideas and convert them into working, visual communication solutions across print and digital mediums.

Drive the artwork execution

InIntroduce/leverageew formats like InInfographici-PDF and other digital designs.

Maintain speed of execution and response upon deadline.

Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Explore highly effective designs for web, and online marketing campaigns/ marketing channels.

**Education -** Any Bachelors's degree /Graphic design or related field with 2-3 years of work experience

2-3 years of experience in graphic design with strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skill/portfolio of work

Proven experience customizing landing page templates using HTML, CSS is a must

Experience with design software and graphic editing tools (primarily Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma)

Familiarity with design techniques and an understanding of visual elements (typography, layouts, fonts)

Familiarity in web UX/UI, as well as an understanding of experience design techniques and platforms such as Miro/ PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc

Exhibits a detailed understanding of how interactive experiences should function, look, and feel and how to implement designs for digital experiences effectively

Contributes to the creation, adoption, and improvement of Jhavtech Studio’s brand guidelines and their consistent deployment across various media.
