Job Overview:
The Real Estate Executive is responsible for leading the company’s real estate activities, including property acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and asset management. This individual will ensure the company's real estate assets are managed efficiently, maximize profitability, and align with the overall strategic goals. The role requires excellent market knowledge, negotiation skills, and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams toward success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Development:
Develop and execute long-term real estate strategies that align with the organization’s goals.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, such as acquisitions, developments, or joint ventures.

Oversee market research, property analysis, and feasibility studies to inform investment decisions.

2. Portfolio Management:
Oversee the management of the real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization and return on investment.

Implement best practices for property management, leasing, and tenant relations.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

3. Financial Oversight:
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the real estate division.

Monitor financial performance, including property income, expenses, and capital improvements.

Ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability across all properties.

4. Negotiations & Transactions:
Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and development agreements.

Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and other real estate professionals.

Review and approve all real estate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

5. Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing real estate team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team and ensure accountability.

Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, legal, and marketing, to achieve business objectives.

6. Market Analysis & Risk Management:
Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Mitigate risks associated with property investments, regulatory changes, and market volatility.

Ensure the company's real estate assets are well-positioned in a competitive marketplace.

7. Stakeholder Communication:
Present updates on portfolio performance, major transactions, and market conditions to the executive leadership team and board of directors.

Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

10+ years of experience in real estate management, investment, or development.

Strong understanding of real estate law, finance, and market analysis.

Proven track record in negotiating high-value real estate deals.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
