**About The Role**:
Apprentice and Trainee Advisors proactively engage with, guide and support students who are apprentices, trainees or workplace-based students. Expect to work with and manage relationships with the respective employers, trainers, parents or guardians and schools to ensure a successful education experience for students

Work with employers to ensure Bendigo Kangan Institute is a partner in the success of our students. In the role, you can expect to undertake workplace visits to conduct enrolment duties, including pre-training reviews, and actively support and manage a students' progress by performing regular progress reviews.

**We are excited about you because you have**:

- A relevant degree or post graduate qualification and significant experience in a similar role, or a combination of lesser qualifications and extensive experience in a similar role
- A trade qualification would be highly advantageous
- Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE) is highly advantageous Current and valid driver's licence and ability to travel between BKI sites and workplace
