Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:Customer Service - Should greet customers warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
Should share product information, assist with selection, and make recommendations to ensure that the customer needs are met.
Selling through the point-of-sale system, ensuring sales transactions were made effectively and accurately.
Deals with customer inquiries, complaints, and return to ensure a good shopping experience.

**Accounting and Financial Responsibilities**:
Recording accurate sales transaction records, which will include cash handling.
- Daily, weekly, monthly cash reconciliationsSimple financial statements in place for sales summaries preparation and inventory update.
Assist in store budgeting with tracking of expenses. Ensure that payments are accounted for.
Assist in managing stock inventory, tracking inventory levels, which are accounted for and updated correctly.
- **Administrative Support**:
Maintenance of records on customer transaction and inventory.
- Assistant in handling store correspondence and the filing and other related administrative jobs once it is considered necessary.
Helps in managing cash flow so that smooth day-to-day operation occurs.
**Team Collaboration**:
Cooperate with the store manager, as well as other members of the team, to ensure achievement of established sales targets and goals for the store.
Engage in team meetings regularly and contribute ideas toward improving operations in the store and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and stock in all given spaces within the store.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Certificate or a degree in accounting, finance or other related fields.Experience: This role requires past experience in a retail environment. In particular, they must have a strong background in accounting or finance.
The must also perform the following things: communicating clearly orally and in writing, interacting with customers and their related issues professionally, basic accounting principles, including cash management, financial reporting, reconciliation, familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and use or develop the ability to use the accounting software QuickBooks; and possess organizational skills to maintain accuracy in financial transaction.
- Troubleshoot customers' problems and solve financial records discrepancies.
