Job Title

Design In-charge

Reporting Office

Vasai Unit (I)

Reporting to

Director

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand design requirements.
- Conceptualize new designs and design revisions
- Provide support to production to improve lead times
- Manage the design and development team to produce a range of concept design schemes for new products as well as updating existing product designs.
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D software preferably solidworks, AUTOCAD and Corel draw
- Working with measuring instruments
- Interpret working practice and technique to juniors.
- Good knowledge and experience with Solid Modeling, Press Tools and Mould Design.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 45001
- Set Department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.

Required Competency
- Conversant with computers
- Knowledge of Solid works, Autocad and Core draw
- Able to demonstrate experience of working with relevant products
- Leadership, motivation and Man-management skills
- Good eye for small details

Qualification/ Experience
- B E (Mechanical)
- 08-10 years

Salary
- Commensurate with experience, ability and skills displayed at the time of interview.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
